	Otto Siegel is an executive coach, author and facilitator with 32 years of international experience in multicultural organizations in the U.S., Brazil and Germany. He has partnered with high potential children and adults as well as executive leaders and their teams to help them discover and leverage their unique strengths for excellent results.
