In this four-hour program, participants will learn how to diagnose the four stages of team development and how to manage team goals and tensions that arise during each stage. Participants will learn how to recognize the five dysfunctions of a team and how to overcome them.

In this four-hour program, participants will learn about the different types of feedback, and how to turn ineffective feedback into effective feedback. Participants will learn how to deliver and receive positive and constructive feedback, and how to prepare for one-on-one feedback sessions.
Managing and Resolving Conflict
In this four-hour program, participants will confront the myths and magic of conflict, and discover a variety of coping mechanisms that show up in conflict situations. Seven styles of conflict management will be introduced, and each participant will assess their most prevalent conflict handling modes using the Thomas-Killman Conflict Mode Instrument.
Leading Change and Managing Transitions
In this four-hour program, participants will learn an eight-step process for establishing a sense of urgency, and creating powerful guiding coalitions for new change initiatives. Participants will learn why organizational change efforts often fail, and learn how to manage complacency. Participants will learn how to help their teams "let go of the old" as they work together to "create new beginnings".
Getting Things Done - The Discipline of Execution
In this four-hour program, participants will learn how to translate goals and objectives into specific action plans. The importance of focusing on a manageable set of goals, and of creating appropriate measurements to track progress, will be reviewed. Participants also will learn how to utilize delegation more effectively to accomplish their work.
Leveraging Your Leadership Profile
In this four-hour program, participants will learn the fundamentals of leadership and how to interpret their own leadership profile. Six leadership functions and 22 leadership behaviors are assessed for each participant, and strategies for modifying leadership behavior are presented.
Overcoming Overload
In this four-hour program, participants will learn how to overcome overwhelm by mastering workflow in five simple steps. Participants will learn when to "do", "defer" and "delegate" important tasks, and how to build a weekly review into their calendars. Strategies for optimizing the work day, and more effectively managing time, are provided.
Managing Energy and Importance
In this four-hour program, participants will discover how to create less stress in their lives by choosing to focus on what's most important, and by more effectively managing four different sources of energy (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual). Participants will learn how to institute daily and weekly habits that will help them balance stress and relaxation in their lives.
Making the Most of Meetings
In this four-hour program, participants will learn how to create meaningful meeting experiences by selecting the right attendees and using effective facilitation techniques. Participants will be introduced to four different types of meetings designed to avoid "death by meeting".
Communicating with Clarity
In this four-hour program, participants will focus on the process of creating open communication in order to increase rapport and productivity. Participants will learn effective listening and questioning techniques, how to build rapport with others and how to overcome internal and external barriers to effective communication.
Conducting a Collaborative Performance Review
In this four-hour program, participants will be introduced to a step-by-step guide and the techniques for conducting a collaborative performance review. Participants will learn how to conduct a performance review that encourages two-way dialogue, goal setting and commitment to action.
Ethics: It's About Choice
In this four-hour program, participants will learn that wrongful acts are often committed by well-meaning people simply because they have never seriously considered ethical issues and their consequences. Participants will be guided through a four-step approach to making ethical decisions.
Hiring-Right Person, Right Job
In this four-hour program, participants will learn how to assess, build and conduct high-quality selection interviews in order to decide on the right person for the job. Participants will learn how to conduct a behavioral-based interview that increases the selection of the right person for the right job.
Innovative Problem Solving
In this four-hour program, participants will focus on identifying problems proactively, correctly stating identified problems, identifying causes and innovative solutions and creating action plans. Participants will learn a six-step problem-solving process and 16 different tools they can use to be more innovative.
