A typical program includes a series of monthly half-day workshops facilitated by one or more of our professional trainers. At the end of each monthly class, we provide participants with an action-learning exercise designed to lock-in their learning. In addition to our action learning projects that are included in each program, we can be available for on-demand coaching to assist managers in breaking through whatever barriers they may experience as they work to implement and apply the new learning concepts and behaviors presented during the program.
