Please choose the series (location) that works best for you. Complete the Enrollment Form and include the applicable non-refundable deposit - payable by VISA, MasterCard or AMEX (check or money order, please inquire). Fax to 866-693-8284.
The balance is due three weeks prior to the first session. A complete information package for your first session will be forwarded to you after your Enrollment Form has been received and accepted.
Each session begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m.
