David Chinsky brings over 25 years of executive leadership and management experience to his role as a sought-after business advisor and executive coach. Drawing upon his own successful career as an accomplished and effective leader in the healthcare, automotive and information technology industries, David brings his unique insights into leadership, change management and teamwork to a diversified group of individuals and teams.

David works side by side with senior leaders enabling them to become more effective and high performing. He has delivered professional coaching and leadership development workshops to over 200 organizations, and he has successfully developed and mentored hundreds of leaders.

David Chinsky & Associates was founded in 2002 and offers professional coaching, leadership training and expert facilitation. The Institute for Leadership Fitness™ was established in 2007 for leaders seeking the clarity, confidence, effectiveness and vitality necessary for achieving their highest level of professional effectiveness and leadership fitness.

David received his Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Public Health degrees from the University of Michigan, his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management and his Master of Science in Public Health degree from the University of Illinois. He holds a Certificate in Strategic Planning for Healthcare Organizations from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, and is a graduate of the University of Michigan's Human Resource Executive Program.

David is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, and he is credentialed by the International Coach Federation. David is a member of the International Consortium of Coaching in Organizations, the International Coach Federation, the National Speakers Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives. David has two children and is married to an artist.
