David Chinsky brings over 20 years of executive leadership and management experience to his role as a sought-after business advisor and executive coach. David specializes in coaching physicians and other healthcare leaders seeking to become more agile, effective and energetic. David has held executive positions in the areas of operations, customer service, product development and human resources at several companies, including Trinity Health, Ford Motor Company, Nestle, Thomson/Medstat and Watson Wyatt. He has delivered executive coaching and leadership development programs to over 150 organizations. Leveraging his unique insights into leadership, change management and teamwork, David has successfully developed and mentored hundreds of leaders.

David received his Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Public Health degrees from the University of Michigan, his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management and his Master of Science in Public Health degree from the University of Illinois. He holds a Certificate in Strategic Planning for Healthcare Organizations from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, and is a graduate of the University of Michigan's Human Resource Executive Program.

David is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and a Certified Physician Development Coach, and he is credentialed by the International Coach Federation. David is a member of the International Consortium of Coaching in Organizations, the International Coach Federation, the National Speakers Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives. David has two children and is married to an artist.
